Quality control is of vital importance to us: we recognise its value to our customers and its effect on our reputation.

Every product or garment that passes through our doors will go through a seven stage checking process before leaving us again. We have honed this process over the years to minimise errors at every ‘contact point’: receipt of goods, storage, proofing, picking, production, packing and final distribution.
