Eco Policy
In today’s modern climate it has become essential to improve our working practices to reduce our carbon footprint and to reduce our impact on the environment.
At Infinity we strive to find new ways of implementing eco-friendly practises – sourcing new materials, technology and finding new methods of working.
Below is listed the efforts we are making to impact this.
Where possible, goods are bought in bulk and from single source suppliers to reduce transportation.
Cardboard boxes are reused and sent out where possible.
We recycle as many waste products as possible: Cardboard, paper, pallets and will soon have a collection in place for glass, plastics and just about any other material we use!
Energy saving lighting system automatically switches lights in response to use in communal areas.
We use environmentally friendly inks which:
Do not contain any ozone depleting chemicals (as described in the Montreal convention). They are also free from aromatic hydrocarbons and any volatile substances or VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).
Powering up of machines is coordinated with an electricity fire-up chart, avoiding power surges and saving energy.
